Dries out fast and clumps together in hardened blobs; has next to no amendments in it. Miracle Gro used to be a reliable brand. This is not the first MG product I've had issues with in the past year. Hope they listen to all the complaints about various products in various forums and return to some better quality.

Good choice for repotting
Not knowing much about plants, I picked this indoor potting soil to repot a five year old peace lily that had become potbound. This soil was perfect, and my plant sprung back to life, thankfully.

Do not buy!
I bought 6 bags to re-pot 5 medium to large house plants and within a month had a terrible fungus gnat infestation. Not sure if the soil was contaminated or it just holds too much moisture. All my pots have drainage holes and drain trays and we've never had a problem like this before. We ended up tossing 3 of the plants it was so bad. Still trying to save 2 of them. This is a true scenario where zero or negative stars should be allowed.

Miracle Gro Indoor Potting Mix
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Using this for my previously hydroponic basil that I took way too long to rehome. Miracle Gro is a brand I have used before, so I am excited to use this indoor potting mix. I have some plants that have been prone to fungas gnats so I am curious to see how miracle grow will hold up. I know it’s full of beneficial fertilizers so my basil will get all the nutrients it needs

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've tried a few indoor potting mixes and keep coming back to Miracle-gro indoor potting mix. It's lightweight, drains well, and my plants honestly seem happier since switching to it. I also like that it doesn't seem to attract fungus gnats like some other soils I've used. Used it for a mix of pothos, snake plants, and a fiddle leaf fig and everything's doing great so far. Definitely a solid go-to did indoor plants
