Control panel failed at 2 years. Parts not available for more than 3 months! Service very very difficult with most repairmen indicating they never heard of or serviced this brand. Overall a huge waste of time and money. Buy anything else. Midea company utterly useless and unhelpful with repair issues. Contempt for the consumer is a BAD business strategy.

Was good until things broke
Fridge is overall good...EXCEPT: one of the door handles fell off after about 1 1/2 yrs, the ice machine in the freezer stopped working after 10ish months (cannot take container for ice out of freezer so all the ice that is in there is frozen in one large chunk and cannot get out unless take everything out of fridge and freeze to thaw it) and the sliding shelf broke after about 10-11ish months.

failed immediately. midea tech said unit can't be fixed. midea Issued an rga and said to contact Lowe's for replacement. Lowe's says to contact MIDEA for replacement.
