No replacement parts available
Experienced a failure of the oven exterior glass and Midea does not sell the part. In fact when you go to the customer support website and search for parts specific to this model, the majority of the parts are not available. The oven can still be purchased from Lowe's so it is not a discontinued issue. The oven has been satisfactory to use but not being able to repair a four year oven due to no parts being available leads me to strongly not recommend Midea products. I'd stay away from this bra...

One burner doesn't work
The stove is beautiful, however the middle burner doesn't work and Lowes could care less unless it's within 48 hours of delivery (not clear when you buy). If you try LG, noone answers the phone (spent 4 hrs waiting) and the ai chat bot was also useless. So now we have a very expensive stove that doesn't work. Never buying at Lowes or LG again.

Becarful if you are pushing the stove near or at the oven handle. I was pushing the stove into place and the oven glass shattered when I was pushing with light to medium force on the oven handle. Other then that issue I like the design and look.
