I have been using the saw for about 6 months now and I do like the saw, but there are definitely needed improvements. The saw is light for sure and easy to handle and that is the main reason I bought it. Batteries have a good run time with a lot of power for a cordless saw, batteries charge fast as well. This saw is my favorite to use, I have used this saw for demo work, framing work and general cutting tasks. The power this saw can put out is impressive but not surprising because of the 36v platform. Absolutely, hands down, my favorite HPT tool. This thing is a workhorse. It is super light, and after 8 hours framing, you notice the difference. Never, not even once have I felt like it's low on power for cutting through material. Obviously, nothing beats a corded model, but this punches above its' weight class and still has 2 bars left at the end of the day. This was my first Metabo purchase as a career long team red member, mainly due to reviews and cost I went with this saw unsure what to expect. It blew me away. The quality of Metabo is shoulder to shoulder with any big brand and I’d stand by that. Amazing Saw

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this saw 18 months ago and really like it. Plenty of power from one 36v battery (saws that need 2 batteries are too heavy for prolonged use). The hook, depth adjustment, bevel and blade change lever storage location are all excellent . The added bonus of the multi volt charger having a USB charging port makes this saw a no-brainer to own for any serious carpenter.

Great saw!

I bought this saw a few months ago, and it is a pleasure to use! Compared to regular circular saws which have the handle on top, this allows you to get behind the saw and reach across a sheet of plywood comfortably and with a much straighter cut. The only thing that would be nice to have is a light.
