Warranty is trash, just like the drill. Tool failed about two years after purchase - often when you pull the trigger, nothing happens. Maybe 10-20% of the time; you pull the trigger and the drill just doesn't respond. Plus, the chuck can't grab 1/16" drill bits, only larger ones. I sent it to them to get it fixed under the three year warranty, and they claimed the 'defect isn't covered under warranty.' I'm a homeowner, not even a contractor. Awesome compact drill driver!
This is a great compact driver drill! The light weight and compact size are one thing, but Metabo kept it a 1/2" size chuck, unlike others who reduced their compact drills to 3/8". The brushless motor has amazing RPM control. I do recommend this drill driver.
