I have owned this tool for about 6 months and I LOVE IT!!! I am a professional carpenter and sub-contractor and this is one of (if not The) best 18ga nailers I have ever used. I use it several times a week even when I am not doing finish work or building cabinets or furniture. I often work alone and quite often find myself needing someone to hold an item in place while I secure it or while I draw a pattern or scribe the material. In those instances I use my NT1850DE to tack it in place and have ...

Cordless nailer is convenient
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have owned this too for about 9 months. I am a cabinet I stalled so a 18 ga nailer is an main tool. I had a problem with this tool after about a month of use. It would not shoot a 2" nail due to the driver becoming "out of adjustment". I sent it to Metabo to be repaired and they reset it without any questions. After I got it back, it was only after a few uses it has returned back to the way it was before I sent it off. So, I have accepted the...

Over all, well done Hitachi!
I put this review on YouTube after the first time I used this nailer https://youtu.be/6OR1D9SiIVI I have been shopping for a cordless finish nailer for quite a while now. I am a remodeling contractor and I do handyman work as well. Sometimes you get into something that you only have 1 or 2 pieces of trim to install and dragging the compressor and such around is such a pain for small things. This came out recently and the size of it compared to some others peaked my interest, although it still wo...

Improvement over previous model
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Added this tool about a month ago. I have used a box of nails about 2,000 shots, so far so good. I think the best improvement to the gun is the tip. The same as the air Brad Nailer. It is also a little more compact than the previous model. Mostly do production trim work on new homes. Have to go back to second phase for tie in work and instead of breaking out the compressor, this is a great gun to have.

Nice portable tool for any trim/finishing job.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] A good quality 18 gauge nailer. Great for smaller finish jobs where you dread pulling out a hose and compressor. Enough power to virtually all installs, even shoots into plaster when asked to. The rate of fire is easily enough for any trim job. Not a light tool, and also not a small tool. 95 percent of the time that is not a concern. Top notch quality and durability. Ive had my Hitachi branded one since 2018, on hundreds of windows and quo...

Just a little disappointed...
This is the first Hitachi product I've owned. Felt like a solid product to start with which is why I chose it over other brands. Good weight and effective power for completing the moulding job I had. Even liked the high quality bag that came with it. Used it a few times without incident before putting it back in the bag and on my shelf in the garage. Brought it back out the other day to use it for another project, but greatly disappointed when I realized that the plastic magazine snapped off com...

Read all Not just rating
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The portability of the 18 volt HPT is excellent and I have no issues with the brad nailer itself. My one issue that I do have and would of given the system 5 stars was because I have only used this a handful of times, however the charge unit or the battery is already bad. I believe it is the charger, because it will not charge the battery and keeps kicking off. I have an e-mail sent to Metabo and hopefully they can replace at no cost.

Love this brad nailer
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have owned this for about 2 months now. I dont do big jobs anymore just smaller punch list jobs and these nailers save me a ton of time in setup. No more hoses that just takes away so much aggravation in my day . 1 battery will last the day of light nailing 2 if im really going at it. I have had no problems with driving power , everything I have thrown at it. I don't like the wide nose can't get into small areas with it but I have others if I...

Green does it yet again for me!
I bought this nailer about three months ago to replace my old brad nailer that started going crazy on me, it wasn’t green though. I fought with that old one for over a year. I wish I would have made the switch sooner. Although this nailer is bigger than my old one it runs much smoother much longer and does better quality nailing. This is only one of about a dozen Metabo HPT cordless tools I one I’ve never been let down once. Well once but I realized after a while it was my fault lol. If you’re o...

Sinks all length nails!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] reliable, dependable, durable, serviceable! I bought a this nailer about a year ago and it has been nothing but solid. 2 complaints are the nose cap has a tendency to wanna come off and it can be hard to see on off console in daylight. Other than that the fact that you can unscrew the depth adjustment (there is no stop) and the bag it came with is too small IMO. All in all this is one of a line of IMO the best cordless nail gun line availab...
