I’ve had it for years

I was so excited to own a Metabo Saw! It has done really well for me I’d like to upgrade to a sliding miter saw now. The saw has been easy to use and has passed the test of time and is still working today

Exceeded expectations. Great construction!

I bought this after my old saw finally stopped working. I looked at the sliding options but really liked the pricing and stability this saw offered. I was in the middle of a construction job and decided this would be a great job site saw. The laser is nice but it can take a little time adjusting to it. For rough construction it’s is great the accuracy can get off a bit for finer cuts but still it’s a nice feature to have. I think its a good saw and does its job. The reason I'm only giving a 3 is because the pin that holds the bevel at a 90 deg is off. Have to leave it out and just tighten down the screw hoping it doesn't move. Also had to adjust stop for 45 deg bevel because it was off. I would think that all of that should be taken care of at the factory. I know getting shipped has a lot of hard knocks which is why you should check for square before cutting anything but the pin being off from 90 is odd and I see...

Crown molding beast

I’ve been using my Metabo miter saw in our cabinetry trade, for crown molding up to 7-5/8 inches and it’s great! 16-24 hours a week of continuous cutting and holds like a beast, (but smooth to my hands). Looking forward to get my hands o the table saw!

I was hoping for Hitachi quality to still be there

I purchased two of these saws and returned them both. The first saw had a broken fence (snapped in two pieces) lying in the bottom of the box. For the second saw, the two pieces (one stationary and one hinged) comprising the left fence were not aligned causing the work piece to be out of square with the blade. Heavy Duty Accurate Miter Saw

I was able to make cuts on one side of the laser line and was consistent. Seems sturdy build. Cuts any trim that I want it to which is great (baseboards). Absolutely amazing dual bevel miter.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This thing is a beast! I come from using a 10" single bevel from another top commercial brand. It was time for an upgrade, and boy is this an upgrade! I will admit, I wanted a sliding dual bevel 12", would have settled for the 10". 12" Miter Saw Review

I purchased the 12' Miter Saw due to its adaptability setting and making various cuts has required. The laser light precisely indicates where the cut will be made. The quality is excellent, I would definitely recommend it.

Great saw at a great price

I have used this saw for more projects than I can remember. It has always performed exceptionally well and never give me a problem. Have a fine tooth blade I use for most of my projects but will change it back and forth as needed. Bought the saw because of the value it was compared to other brands.
