Just got it today and 5+ hrs and still not dry?

Waited a week to be delivered and we had 6 pair of jeans to dry and try out our new MAYTAG Gas Dryer! First we put in on high for 70 minutes and the Jeans were still very very wet after the cycle and not even warm so we next tried other cycles. Would you believe over 5 hrs and we are now hanging our jeans to dry because the seam areas are still wet. This is a gas dryer which should be hotter then an electric. It's super easy to use and I like that it is not electronic and all of the controls are knobs. However, the knobs don't click into place at the appropriate command, they slide so you aren't sure if you have clicked the right option. Warranty Sticker Falls Off

Love the dryer but the first time I used it the 10 Year Limited Parts Warranty metal sticker on the front of the dryer fell off. When I called Lowes about it, Greg in appliances told me to call Maytag. I did. received dryer as promised..installation was quick..however had asked salesman if exhaust tubing would be installed..he said they would not do it..i clarified that i wanted old tubing replaced ...he said sure that can be done...they did not replace old one they cut new one and taped it together (waste of money on my part for new tubing)...used machine first time..noticed the cycle knob was very stiff..stem inside made of flimsy plastic..can't see it lasting more that a few months with use...went...
