I have been using home automation for some time and some of the brands are janky and hard to configure, I like that this is a name brand and also supports the remote switches. Worked for a week
I'm in a situation with space and needed a flush mount light switch without needing the neutral. This one barely fits and it only worked for 1 week. returning today for a refund. Also when the pull chain for the fan is pulled the LED lights bling and it's almost impossible to get both to work at the same time.

Control from your phone
We have alot of powered items that weather or convenience can affect. I got this thinking the ability to use an app to turn on the holiday lights or lawn inflatables would be great. We put lights on the gutters, have inflatables and lazers that come out from easter to new years. This lets me set up schedules and or have the power to operate from my phone. Less going out in the weater or leaving them on all day because i forget to unplug them.

These things are amazing. We've tried many smart-plugs, but these things are in another league. The install is just as simple as a regular rocker switch. Once installed, you connect the hub to your router with the provided LAN cable, and then follow the directions to get it online. Lutron Smart Bridge
I set this up per instructions. So easy, just plugged Ethernet cable into the router and plugged the power cord into outlet. You need to use the Lutron products to pair with the system. I wish I had known this earlier but I do have one wireless plug to use with it. You set the app up on your phone and you can turn lights on and off, or set times for it to trigger your light.
Good switch
This is a great light switch. However, the only problem is, you cannot preset a favorite setting without having the remote that has the favorite button. When you turn the switch on it goes full bright but I quickly hit the dim button to stop it from getting there. The two remotes available are the standard and the one with the favorite button. Only the favorite button lets you do a preset. Very easy to pair remotes if you decide to add a remote.
