It's a moving box

Cardboard is on the thin side and does rip easily. The passive aggressive method to get you to spend more for the "heavy duty" box. Would not recommend for anything like books and papers. For a general purpose box it works. Longer term storage would be best to use the heavy duty box. As long as you don't over-pack, these work fine. Bad customer service

Order never left Lowes but yet I have to wait ONE month to get my money back. 10 days to process the issues before making a decision on the validity and another 10 business days to issue the refund. Ridiculous, Item was not shipped, why do I have to wait for the refund. If the item was in hand the return and the refund would have been immediate. Imagine if the item was a high cost item, why would the customer wait for that long if the item did not ship and will not ship!

Pick up service is a joke

I ordered these boxes which work fine. They are a little flimsy for the money. And for some reason the Duck brand tape is not sticking properly. Pick up service was not very helpful. They bring it out to you but don't help you load it into your vehicle. I even have a handicap tag on my car. In my opinion that is awful service. Too bad I have to go back and get more boxes for my move. I've already started using these boxes so i want them to stack up properly. I might as well go in myself...

OMG "small boxes are discontinued"

I purchased 4 of these boxes. they were ok. I wanted the small moving boxes that I have purchased a number of times over the past 20 years. I was told that Lowes no longer offered the as they were discontinued. I could hardly believe it. The small boxes were a perfect solution for moving, storage and more. Please bring them back. Example; packing books. Storing breakables. and more. Please bring back the perfect small boxes.

Sturdy

These were great at holding everything I needed to pack into. The boxes didn’t rip or anything. It’s large enough to fit quite a few things.

Good-sized and sturdy box

This box was a great help when moving. It is a large enough size to fit bigger items (like those that won’t fit in the small box) without being so huge as to be difficult to lift and carry. The cardboard is extremely sturdy and as long as you don’t overload the box with heavy items it seems like it can stand up to (reasonable) abuse. (Of course, it’s better to treat them with care.) Refund

Someone could have took my order delivery. Instructions was not listened to. This is not the apartment number that I provided and I would like a refund and I had to leave my child inside the home while I go get an order that should have been delivered to where I asked to be. if it was hard to locate, I should have been reached then that my number was provided..

Garbage quality

My husband and I have moved across country multiple times over the last 10years, and so far, this was our worst experience with moving boxes. We usually use U-Haul boxes but we were trying to save time and went with Lowe’s instead since they were convenient. Big mistake! Almost all of the Lowe’s boxes either collapsed or fell apart when off loading the truck. We will not be using them again.

Good size for lighter items

These medium boxes are a good size for packing lighter household items. They’re easy to carry and stack. For heavier items, I’d recommend spending a little more on the heavy-duty boxes, they’re definitely worth the extra cost.
