The Little Giant Multi Ladder is the ultimate multi-position ladder built for versatility, strength, speed, and safety. Use it as an A-frame ladder, extension ladder, staircase ladder, or 90-degree ladder to handle any project indoors or outdoors. Made from lightweight aircraft-grade aluminum, this heavy-duty ladder is strong yet easy to carry, store, and set up. Non-marring feet protect floors while ensuring a secure grip on any surface. The patented Rapid Lock system allows fast adjustments - just twist, slide, and lock. In A-frame mode, both sides support up to 300 lbs, so two people can safely work together. Convert it into a trestle-and-plank scaffolding system for bigger tasks (trestle brackets and plank sold separately). With a Type IA 300-lb rating, the Multi ladder exceeds OSHA and ANSI standards, giving you professional-grade performance for jobsites, at home, or DIY projects.

This ladder is not worth the money.
The runs on the ladder are too narrow. If you stand on it for any length of time, your feet start hurting, and then your legs. I’m probably going to return it for something else.

Made in America, lives up to claims, enough said.
Solid mechanical design, changes positions easily and feels very stable. Equal (or better) quality to the Werner competitor (made in China). Highly recommend, although worth waiting for when it's on sale if you're not in a hurry.

No directions on how to put in all positions. So recommend googling for a video to watch. We have never owned one like this so we needed to know how to put in all the positions. I love that it shrinks down and stores in little space. Very sturdy and easy to use once you watch video unless your experienced with this type of ladder

Great multi-purpose ladder
Ladder is great, but no manual or link to a manual was provided, resulting in a 1* decrement from 5* to 4*. There is a manual online at the Little Giant Ladders website, but even that is hard to find, as this specific ladder isn't displayed on their website. You have to enter the manufacturer code for the ladder to access the manual and compatible accessories. For what it's worth, the barcode on the ladder displayed the model number as 16513-002. Your model number may vary. The manual is useful...

Works as advertised
I needed to paint a window frame that was over the basement stairs. This ladder could be setup with a long side and a short side so that it could rest on the fourth stair and at the bottom. Then I could stand on either of the two sections as needed.
