Very stable step ladder, I tested the reach height claim in the description, and I’m 5’8” and it was pretty dead on. I needed to comfortably reach 10 ft garage ceilings. Nice to have the platform to stand on and extra rail against your waist.

Consider this for 9ft floors
If you have 9 foot ceilings you likely won’t be able to use the platform step. We can only use it as a little table to set tools down on, while standing on the step below it.

Little Giant Step Ladder
Little Giant step ladder is a great buy. It is easy to pick up and carry. The tool caddy on top of the step ladder is handy. The cons: when on the top step before the top platform deck the holder low and does not provide as much stability as you might think. The top tray cannot handle a paint can, you must use the platform deck to support the can.

The Little Giant Mightylite 6.02ft ladder is light enough to carry around from task to another without struggling! Better than an A-frame
I had a regular Little Giant ladder which I like very much but it is too heavy for little jobs inside when a typical fiberglass 6’ A-frame would do. While looking, I found this ladder which is a nice cross between a regular A-frame and a step stool. This gets you as high as you are supposed to climb a 6’ ladder but gives you a nice large platform to stand on which is more comfortable and more safe.
