Electrician had no problem installing to replace an old flourscent light fixture, and it looks nice in the room it is located. Plenty of light given off.

The light that is put out by this fixture is fine. I prefer 3000 Kelvin, the 3500 Kelvin setting isn't too cool for my tastes. Unfortunately, the very last step of the installation is stymied by bad design and cheap manufacturing. The accountants must not have been able to justify putting a decent rivet in the little clips that hold the light up to the ceiling. The end result being a very fumbly and fidgety process (and at this point your arms are already tired). I installed 2 lights. 1 out of 4...

Good product, DIY friendly installation

Great brightness, relatively easy to install, instructions were minimal. Once you figure out how to install it, it is easy to install and works great. I wish the brightness adjustment was on the outside edge like some other models. I also wish the internal wires were longer and the hole the power wires go through was lined with a rubber grommet to mitigate the risk of the sharp edge of the sheet metal hole damaging the wires. There were two discrepancies in the product description. The cover temperature was advertised as 3000 as the warmest, but it actually is 3500 for the product I received. A video showed that the lumens were switchable as well as the temperature, but the lumens are not switchable on this panel that I received . The product was not the same model number as advertised.

Fantastic light but tricky to install

The light is great for the amount of light it puts out and the light tone options is a nice addition as well as the look of the light, but the installation, though seems quite simple, was a bit tricky to mount and secure the light to the ceiling. The mounting bracket is less than sturdy and the hinge screws fell out numerous times. After modifying the hardware I was finally able to get the light mounted.

Excellent, insanely bright

This thing is far more powerful than I expected. After getting it in position and putting the light temperature t the one I wanted, i turned it on and was immediately blinded. Having it in a rather small area made the room uncomfortably bright to where you had to squint to see. Thankfully, it is dimmable! The lights look great. Bought 2 to replace old fluorescent ceiling lights in kitchen. Looks sleek and modern. But no instructions were included so one star off for this. I used the surface mount kit (included). It has a clever hinged configuration that makes installing the fixture to the mounting kit and connecting the wires easy. After installation, the fixture presents a low profile, extending 1-3/8 below the ceiling. It sounds like a lot, but it looks fine.
