Missing on/off switch/panel parts, tub not usable

Purchased 3-6 months ago with delayed installation due to incompetent (now fired) contractor. So the tub seems nice but I wouldn't know if I truly like it because it didn't come with the basic on/off switch in order to operate the tub. Bang for buck

One year after installing this tub, I am still amazed at how great it is. Installation was simple. Sturdy construction, built very well. Jets are powerful, awesome to relax in. Happy in the Country

I bought this tub for my new master bath overlooking Lake Cumberland. I did a lot of research before I decided on this one and it was worth the wait. It's much bigger than I expected but it's very comfortable for my short frame. After completing our basement spa area, we have finally gotten the chance to try our new purchase. Beautiful ☺️ and everything I wanted

Let’s just say that I bought this tub right when the pandemic started in 2020 and that did not stop the company from sending me my tub on time. Their customer service was exceptional and even send a plumber to check out the tub. It does everything I wanted and more I have no complaints with this tub very easy to clean and maintain! Which is always a plus and the size was perfect. Hope the pictures help

Great tub, good customer service

I would like to say that I had a pleasant experience with this manufacturer when we installed the tub. The tub had a leak on one of the jets. I contacted the manufacturer and they promptly sent out a plumber to fix the issue and it has been working great ever since with no leaks. The tub is very comfortable and the jets and heater work very nicely keeping the water warm.

Wonderful Product

I am pleased with how comfortable this tub is and how the jets perform. I really like the extra width and my three little kids love taking big bubble baths quite often. My only complaint is the length of the actual opening at the bottom of the tub is only 44", due to both sides being sloped. I am 6'4" so i feel a bit cramped and can't really straighten my legs as much as I thought I would. My wife at 5'9" has no issues.
