Good quality construction and finish..the regular pump is fairly quiet without buying the "quiet model".. strong flow gives good massage but can be made softer by dialing force down..6' model is wonderful as you can almost submerge in it..!..front panels allows for access to pump and heater if you add that option which I recommend.. I was looking for a sturdy new tub without an enormous price tag and this was the answer to my prayers. Very decent price and it checks off every box on my wish list. LOVE THIS TUB!!!!

My husband has installed this product and so far so good. He's in the process of finished remodeling our bathroom so we haven't been able to use it as of yet . With all the test and everything we see no problems. The only issue is one of the jets doesn't produce alot of pressure. In order to feel the pressure from the jet we'll have to turn it up to the hightest. Otherwise, from that I would recommend this product.

Mercer VI Whirlpool Tub

A couple things you may find useful. First, the fit and finish were really nice, and it's sturdy. Since I bought the optional heater, they installed it at the factory for me, a pleasant surprise. Also, on the heater it is advertised to keep the water hot, I believe between 101 and 104 degrees. It does that easily. On my test for leaks I had room temp water in it. Just what I was looking for!

Affordable, 6 foot tub for an alcove. There was one issue I had with the tub; there is a hose that runs across the back side of the tub that was supported by a block of wood embedded into the fiberglass and a zip tie. It was not secured properly and had to be supported by other means. Also be aware that there is a radius on the nailing flange that may require a thicker or additional layer of backer board in order for a finish to be applied squarely.

Narrow and steep

While I loved the idea of this large tub, and I do enjoy the length and depth when I am bathing... here are my cons - It’s not very wide at the bottom. There is lots of the width used up by the ledges and armrests. This is our everyday shower and it’s a very high step to get out. Also, getting out from laying in the tub is a little tricky too... wouldn’t buy again and wouldn’t recommend.
