Total Garbage

This product is just cheap junk. I installed the tub, went through the test fill, pushed the button to start the motor, and the button did not come back out. It just sunk in and had to pull the whole thing to try to fix a extremely cheap and flimsy plastic switch. Secondly, after buying all kinds of upgrades, heater, brushed nickel jets and drain it came to $3k. There is zero power to the jets. High Quality Whirlpool Tub

There were so many decisions to make when remodeling our master bathroom, fortunately choosing our tub was a simple process. Black mold a constant problem.

We are having a constant problem with this tub producing a large quantity of a black mold. We have attempted to clean the tub per the recommended process. If the tub is not used for two or three weeks the mold returns. We had a Jacuzzi brand tub for 20 years before this one, and never had any problem with mold. Great tub for the Money

The tubs finish looks great, I like that the tub is a little narrower and deeper than my last. I don't have to use as much water to fill it to a higher level. Keeping the tub narrow allows me to be closer to the jets. I need to pay better attention when ordering. I did not realize that the pump and motor configuration can be placed in different locations. Absolutely GREAT jetted tub!

We recently built a new house and one of the "must haves" for me was a 6' jetted tub. I did a ton of research and kept coming back to the Laurel Mountain Mercer III. All the specs looked just right, so I made the purchase 8 months before our house was due to be ready and kept it in storage until it was needed. We just moved in a couple of weeks ago and I'm thoroughly enjoying the relaxation I get every day after work the Mercer III offers. I love everything about it! Plenty big and deep soaking....

Best tub AND best customer service

We absolutely love our tub! It is beautiful with clean lines and a great look, which were important attributes to us when building our custom master bath. Besides beautiful it is functional!! And HUGE (granted we got the 60” tub)! I love turning on the jets and tuning out the world :) We also loved the customer service! The tub is great! Took forever to get installed.

We purchased this tub in November of 2017 to replace our jetted tub that had stopped jetting... (?). We purchase the tub with a faucet that was beautiful but quite expensive. Great purchase!!

We purchased this tub about 6 months ago and we love it!! We have used it a bunch of times and are very happy with it. My daughter loves the purple light (optional) and we love the jets. The length is GREAT!!! I'm 5'6" and I can't touch the other end of the tub. My husband is 5' 11" and has plenty of room. We had no idea how to purchase such an item but Lowes did a great job helping us figure out all the components we needed and it fits our needs perfectly. Thank you Lowes!!!!

Powerful & great placement of jets

I had a jetted tub in the past by another brand, but this Laurel Mtn. tub has more jets and some at the feet, and 2 sets at the back which is harder to find. I really like this tub. Make sure you measure the inside dimensions as it is much different than an oval tub. The only thing I would change is where the intake vent is, my hips hit it sometimes and it stops spitting water until I get off the vent. I'm just having to get used to it's placement.
