Had for a little over a year and the shock absorbers went out. Will not finish a load of clothes without throwing a code. Will never purchase LG again.
Buyer Beware—Please Read
Let me start off by saying that the aesthetic of this washer and dryer is beautiful. It’s very sleek and pretty easy to navigate. HOWEVER—it worked horribly. There were pieces falling off inside the washer drum and the dryer kept throwing error codes. I really did not like the “smart” feature on this unit. The clothes were still damp and it would drop down from 30 minutes to 2 minutes because it’s trying to save energy or it doesn’t sense as much moisture. That said, the customer service was ano...

I've had this washtower for two weeks and like it. It replaced a full sized Whirlpool washer and driver that stacked in a closet under a stair well. This LG washtower is the same full size for washer and driver portions but is about 2 inches narrower and a bit shorter in height. THIS UNIT is the most dysfunctional design. CUSTOMER SERVICE NO RESPONSES FROM LG and LOWES. This unit dryer drum is designed that prevents door from closing and allows lint to blow throughout your house-causing safety risk and daily cleaning of lint. The gasket does not seal the drum and there is a 1/2 inch gap that can not be modified. They are aware of this but refuse to address.
