Doesn't Clean
Washer doesn't get clothes damp let alone wash them. Anything that's near the back of the machine comes out completely dry. I've had other LG models. Purchased a front loader so I wouldn't have to reach so far into the upright machine, but that was a big mistake.

It does not get most of the clothes damp let alone wash them. Shirts come out with the dirt still on them. Fleece items come out with damp areas but you can tell most of the item stayed dry. I add additional water, do the pre-wash and still have to do a repeat wash for a second time. That’s 4 hours for one load. I dont know if all front loaders do this but I am stuck with this for the next several years. Do not buy

I’ve owned this new washer for 1 month. It was sealed in its original box and didn’t include instructions for this model. It came with a generic manual for 10 models. No information on how to use the machine that I bought. I called LG and they said they would mail me instructions and it would take 10 days. I didn’t get them. washer works like a washer should. you do have to make sure the door is closed by pushing on it and making sure it is in place. no leaks. overall a good washer. i did have to contact customer service due to the delivery service not leveling the washer or making sure it worked as per the agreement. customer service gave a $25 e gift card due to poor service.

Mixed Load of a Washer
Such a mixed load. But ultimately I would not recommend this washer or brand. 1. This washer randomly leaks. Not from the fill lines, not from the drain line. Not from around the door or visible gaskets. Load size doesn't cause it to leak, detergent amounts (suds) does not cause it to leak.
