Agitator/spin has a klunk. Poor warranty support.

This washer worked good for about 7 months. Now it has developed a klunk during the agitation and spin cycles. I called LG Warranty Support per Lowes. The first LG person had me check for proper leveling, hoses that could be vibrating, etc. and concluded a case no. should be assigned. washer leaks has leaked since return period. Have had a repair man out they say there nothing theu can do. Will not be repurchase from Lowes as its obvious based on reviews this is a problem and a recall should be issued.

Clothes come out smelly and other problems

Adaptable to any type of laundry, the best washer!

After much research, I decided on this washer. All the reviews said it was the best, and it is. It literally has a cycle for everything. 15 to start with, and then through the download a cycle function in the app, I can add cycles for specific things, like pet laundry, etc. Very adaptable. Quiet, easy to use and gets our clothes clean

Our last 2 washers were front loaders and served us well through the years we were raising 3 sons who played all the sports which led to lots of very dirty clothes. Unrepairable at 16 month mark

It leaks. Had a repair person come. The leak is from a hose between pump and tub that is glued on, but right about that it has fractured and cannot be repaired without replacing the entire tub. Unbelievable waste of money. Our older LG's lasted forever that we had 3 of. Don't know if we can trust LG going forward when one lasts 16 months
