I have been using the steam fresh feature a lot. I like that there is a cover in the filter which prevents some of the lint from going down the exhaust when trying removing the filter to clean it. Dryer that doesn't dry all the way

I bought this to go with the new washer (TurboWash 3D Smart Wi-Fi Enabled 5.5-cu ft Steam Cycle Top-Load Washer (Black Steel) ENERGY STAR)...don't buy that either, see my other review. Awesome super capacity dryer with every function!

Steam Cycle stopped working - as warranty expires

Regretting all my recent LG purchases (washer, dryer, and refrigerator). My old LG washer and dryer were like tanks - ran forever - now the new much more expensive dryer steam generator is broken with only a little over a year on it. The refrigerator despite costing over $3000 has flimsy door bins that break all the time. Avoid LG and buy something of quality like Bosch like I wish I did.

No custom program!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] While this has a huge number of mostly useless downloadable program options, there is no way to customize one for one's own needs. Nor is there a way to change all the settings for any program. Thus, it takes a lot more work to set up the right settings for me. A machine this expensive should have at least 1 user-programmable option, as older LG machines did (or at least default to last used, as I do almost all my laundry the same way).

Excellent Dryer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have always enjoyed my LG dryer. My previous one lasted almost 15 years without ever needing service. I decided it was time to upgrade to a new model and it's fantastic. All the same quality I expected from my previous machine with great new features as well. I particularly like being able to control the machines through an app on my phone. Helps me to monitor it while I'm not bear the machine. Its great!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This dryer is the bomb works great I love how big the loads can be and the lint catcher is super convenient also I thought It was going to be super hard to figure out all the buttons but it was fairly easy and simple to start a load I love the little chimes when you turn on and when your load is done!

We have 4 dogs that sleep with us so we wash our bedding frequently and this dries our heavy comforter in no time at all, and without having to dry it multiple times!
