Refrigerator not working after just 7 months

Refrigerator temperature is 59.4. Cleaned out back outside vent, cleaned out both freezer & refrigerator, made sure nothing is blocking internal vents & still is not keeping proper temperature. Very disappointing.

Freezer frosted up twice and ref. not cold enough

We've only had this refrigerator 10 months and had 2 service calls, both for the freezer frosting up and the refrigerator going up above 50 degrees

Do not buy!

The company (LG)does not support the product. Frost forms on the inside of the freezer's edge and first shelf.

Defective product, terrible service, bad return

Purchased this refrigerator just before Thanksgiving and it has never kept the freezer at temperature. I have two freezer thermometers that both show the temperature often above 5 or even 10 degrees Fahrenheit which is not safe. I checked the thermometers in a working freezer and they're both fine. Unfortunately the Lowes return policy for major appliances is 48 hours, and any refrigerator manufacturer will tell you that you need to have the appliance operating for 48 hours or more before you ca...

Basci fridge, temperature has a wide range

This basic refrigerator is ok. I've placed thermometers throughout, at this moment top shelf at the back is 28, front middle shelf is 37 and bottom shelf 42. Did not come with an ice maker and I had to order one from LG. Installation was simple but the ice sticks together and interferes with an arm that moves up after dumping the ice (the freezer stays below zero so it's not melting). Died at 21 months - JUNK!

Worked ok for awhile. Then started having issues with it keeping temperature. Now is has died. Piece of junk!

The worst experience ever with a store

We bought this refrigerator, the associated Ice maker, an extra water valve, and needed to have the door rehung on the opposite side. After each of the MANY phone calls taking an hour and a half to talk to people, they say one thing and then do the opposite, To the sub-contracted "techs" not knowing the equipment and many of the coming out, we still have NO icemaker hooked up and no water dispensing, And it's been 5 months!!! trying to get this right. LOWES is not the place to buy appliances...
