Within less than 24 hours I bought a fridge and it was delivered and installed. The 2 guys that did the install and haul away were fast and friendly. They had to take off my door, didn't even mention i accidentally mis measured they just happily and within 5 minutes removed and re hung my front door perfectly. They were in and out entirely in like 20 or 30 minutes. Very fast very friendly very skilled will highly recommend!
Zero quality with zero service
This thing has been a mess since we got it. The door always seemed warped but it closed. Bought a 3 year extended warranty so when the door kept popping open, the compressor sounded like it was going put, crisper drawer cover randomly broke, etc I tried to file a claim. Except the warranty started at the time of purchase so it was expired by 6 months. Lowes wouldn't do anything, the warranty claim people are in a call center halfway across the world, and LG wasn't doing anything without money. ...

Would Have Been Nice
Would have been nice if the install was completed. I was told they did not have any time to switch the doors to left swinging, but some one would call and come do it. I never heard another word. Oh well. Almost great service.
Bad Seal
Do not buy this refrigerator. The door seal has failed repeatedly and has already been replaced five times. This ongoing defect has been extremely frustrating and raises serious concerns about the product's quality and reliability.

Defective product, terrible service, bad return
Purchased this refrigerator just before Thanksgiving and it has never kept the freezer at temperature. I have two freezer thermometers that both show the temperature often above 5 or even 10 degrees Fahrenheit which is not safe. I checked the thermometers in a working freezer and they're both fine. It's quiet and energy efficiency is great.
The ice maker produces trays of ice within an eight hour period, which is more than enough for me. The refrigerator itself is roomy and keeps the food cold.

Basci fridge, temperature has a wide range
This basic refrigerator is ok. I've placed thermometers throughout, at this moment top shelf at the back is 28, front middle shelf is 37 and bottom shelf 42. Did not come with an ice maker and I had to order one from LG. Installation was simple but the ice sticks together and interferes with an arm that moves up after dumping the ice (the freezer stays below zero so it's not melting).
