We are very happy with the refrigerator. Only thing is we asked for the door to be changed and switched the other way due to my small kitchen area . We were told on the phone that the delivery mean would do so , they did not and also when they left I noticed I had to wedge the one side to make it level.

The product is fine, although we were surprised to learn the recommended low garage temperature is 38 degrees, and our garage is frequently 32 and below during the winter. Delivery can be an absolute nightmare
This was a complete nightmare in regards to delivery at every stage. After exchanging the original refrigerator, I was assured that the same contact info would be on the delivery as the original. It wasn't, and tho someone was home, the delivery was rescheduled because the contacts were not called. Then after calling to find out what happened, they couldn't find any of the information. After several tries, they finally find the order and confirmed that the wrong contact info was on the delivery....

Lots of dents
Delivery guy were good but after I asked was advised there was nothing to cover compressor cavity on back of fridge. The delivery is not when it is promised
The refrigerator is great. The delivery was awful. We bought it November 26 but it was not delivered until December 12. We were promised a delivery date of November 30. But after several rescheduling we finally received it. We even stayed home one day to get the delivery and then it was cancelled/rescheduled so we lost a day of work. Buyer Beware!! Lowe's will not refund $30!
Buyer Beware!! I purchased this refrigerator online on 2/4/26 for $649.00. The refrigerator was delivered yesterday on 2/8/26. The online price on 2/8/26 was $619.00. I called Lowe's customer care to request a $30 credit and was told it was against Lowe's policy. Unacceptable. It is obvious Lowe's has no desire to retain customers. Defective Ice Maker
Do not buy the recommended ice maker Item 6612118. It leaks water into the ice cube bucket and on the freezer floor. It is defective. We tried 3 times to change the ice maker thinking it was the ice maker and once replaced the refrigerator as well to see if it was the refrigerator. It still leaked. We found out that the water hose into the freezer is not long enough to reach the ice maker. Do not buy this ice maker!!! We do like the refrigerator though
