Lasted Only 11 Months

Lowe’s was fine in regards to the sale. However, the Microwave only lasted 11 months until it shorted out internally- the inner plate where shorted as if lightning struck a power transformer, along with loud noise. And all I had put in the unit was a microwave safe bowl to melt butter for 20 seconds. I would not recommend LG for any household items, simply because the amount of extreme absurd information provided, had to be resubmitted over 5 times EVEN THOUGH THE PRODUCT WAS REGISTERED ON THE S...

This is our 2nd purchase and both the one in store and the one shipped had several major dents in the appliance. Lowes provided nothing other than to return and wait another week for a third purchase to be shipped. It’s now been 3 weeks with no microwave and Lowes has provided zero help.

Lasted 6yrs

Replacement for 6 yr old same model LG countertop unit used as built in with trim kit that costs as much as the microwave. I like the depth of the cooking chamber. Takes 10 min to boil 2 cups of water. Seems like the old one took 8. LG would not be my first choice for anything but thats what was in 5 yr old home we bought. This is 3rd Replacement appliance in 6 yrs. LG does not make them to last. GE does not either.

LG WARRANTY SCAM!

Magnetron died after 3 years. 10 year warranty is a scam. They will not replace it. They will not send you the part to repair it. They will send you to a "licensed" repair shop that will then charge you about half what you paid for it so it can survive another few years. LG does not stand behind their products and uses a bogus 10 year "Magnetron" warranty to make you feel like you have a solid product. Ok microwave, low tone volume

Owned a previous model of this line. The only dislike I have of this microwave is the finish tone volume is too low. The microwave does its job as it's supposed to

Doesn’t always work right!

When I press start Food shows up on the screen and it won’t start to cook or reheat the food I have in the microwave until I try to restart it a few times then it finally works. What is the problem. Quite frustrating! It does defrost the food more evenly than my old Panasonic microwave.

nice looking, easy to use microwave

I love this microwave. It heats pretty evenly, fits perfectly in it's trim kit and looks built in above my wall over. It has a gentle, musical "done" beep instead of a loud one, which I love. Interestingly, the inside back is curved, which does make it a little easier to clean than the my old box interior microwave. It's also more intuitive to use than my last microwave, in terms of setting the clock and changing the power level.

Good deal works fine.

LG made it easy to change out unit.

I bought an LG LCRT2010ST back in 2014. It replaced the microwave that had been in use since the house was built in 1984. Yesterday that LG LCRT2010ST died. I had no idea what the microwave model # was but noticed a receipt stuck under the oven that is in a built in area above the oven. It was the one from when I bought it.
