LG Life is Good!
New LG Cooktop looks modern in our newly remodeled kitchen. Works great once you master the touch buttons. Have to hold the start button down few seconds to get it cranked up. Cooks great on all eyes. No knobs. Easier to clean up. Comes in large and smaller sizes.

DELIVERY ISSUE
Beware of purchasing any appliance from Lowes. I purchased this cooktop on 12/5/24. After purchase the soonest delivery date was 12/22 (way past the date on their web site). Two days before I received a message saying there was a delay and now 1/19/25. Their web site said there were 54 available to purchase and could be delivered on 1/7/25. Cracks/chips even without an impact
Our previous cooktop was 28 years old and still looked relatively decent. We re-did the countertops and decided upon this 30" LG cooktop to replace the old unit. not safe
We bought this cooktop minus the trim 31/2 years ago as part of a Lowes kitchen remodel. It received light duty as I have taken over kitchen duties from invalid wife. It worked ok and was easy to clean with Wiemans cleaner. Early in it's life it shut itself off a few times when not under power. I tripped the breaker and it would repower. Review after 2 years: Don't Buy!
We had a JennAir ceramic cooktop that held up well for over 15 years, but replaced it with this LG model LSCE305ST when we remodeled our kitchen in 2019 . . . big mistake! It's not been right since we purchased it
We remodeled our kitchen about a year ago and purchased all LG appliances from Lowe's (thousands of dollars!) and the cooktop has never worked properly. It will shut down for no reason, but won't trip the breaker. But the only way to reset it is to reset the beaker switch. Works great, with one small complaint
This cooktop works great, heats quickly, and I really like the dual burners - However, it has one little problem in that it is very easy to accidentally turn on a burner if you're not careful and bump the settings in the center. The child lock is great when you're not using it, but I've had to readjust to make sure I'm not turning the bottom right burner on. It seems the controls needed to be a little more out of the way.
