Disappointed!
I loved this washer but it stopped working and I've had an LG Repairman come out and apparently the board is bad and the part given to him didnt fit. The original part has been discontinued and we are trying to find a part that will work, but its been several weeks without a washing machine and I am not very happy! I paid top dollar for a top of the line washer and I certainly expected it to last longer or at least be able to be fixed!

Leaks, Property Damage, No Service
I owned this washer for approximately 1 month. The washer worked fine for this period of time. After one month, during a wash, the machine leaked the entire contents of the washer directly out of the back of the machine and flooded both my laundry room and garage with approximately 1" of water. Big enough for a large family
I bought this washer when my old one broke down from too much laundry. I have 2 teenage sons and many guests in the home as well as a dog that makes keeping clothes clean extremely challenging. This washer has a large capacity tub that allows me to do one load without breaking the motor. I like the fact that it has additions jets inside that make the clothes very clean. Makes laundry more of a chore
We have owned this washing machine for four years and are getting ready to kick it to the curb. We bought it for the capacity, which is great, no problem with king size comforters. BUT- we have to drain a lot of fetid water out of this thing to keep our clothes from smelling moldy if we go more than 48 hours between washes. Did not expect visibly better job at cleaning but stunned at how much better towels looked. Capacity handles thick comforters easily. WiFi notifications nice, but an unnecessary frill.
