I bought an LG LCRT2010ST back in 2014. It replaced the microwave that had been in use since the house was built in 1984. Yesterday that LG LCRT2010ST died. I had no idea what the microwave model # was but noticed a receipt stuck under the oven that is in a built in area above the oven. It was the one from when I bought it. This review is mostly about LG themselves. Purchasing this microwave through Lowes was easy and hassle free. What was NOT hassle free was waiting for LG to ship it to my local Lowes. I waited nearly 3 WEEKS for it to show up at Lowes. It never got delivered on its delivery day and way delayed for about 4 days till it finally showed up after waiting 2 weeks just for it to ship and ,supposed, to arrive at Lowes. Lowes customer service tried their best to help me but even they were left in the dark...

Well first off doesn’t feel like 1200w maybe 1000 if that. The stables steel button constantly showing stains makes me crazy! When cooking sounds cheap like iv never heard one make these sounds! Not very solid and dents right out of the box

There's a dent in the back and one of the legs is crushed. The sheet metal is extremely thin and the unit doesn't have any sound deadening material in it. It feels cheap and sounds very cheap. The box described the units ability to prevent fingerprints. Well, don't believe it. It's a fingerprint magnet. The unit is basic but functional. The cabinet mounting kit costs more than the microwave which is totally a rip off.

Died in less than a week.

All of a sudden it started saying, "Food". I had to open the door and push on the tray to get it allow me to use it. Beyond that, there are no quick minute settings. I've had many microwaves and they all did. This one was just annoying in every possible way.
