Good machine that should be reliable
I bought this washer and a new dryer to replace my 15 year old LG machines. There was nothing wrong with the old machines except for some rust on the top. I thought it was also leaking water which stopped when i properly cleaned out the filer mechanism. It has required no servicing. The new machine is pretty much the same as the old one. They changed my delivery date without notifying me. It went from a 3 week wait to a 6 week wait. Installers were rude regarding placement of new washer. It couldn’t have been easier, walk out basement, no stairs, washer RIGHT THERE BY THE DOOR. I had the old washer completely unhooked and ready to go. We have had this washer for about a year and have already had someone out to service it twice for leaking, unbalanced load errors, and an issue with it walking across the floor and totally blocking our laundry room door. Doesn't clean clothes / Doesn't dissolve Tide Pods
We purchased this washer and matching dryer in November and I fully regret it. I specifically asked if I could use Tide Pods and the sales associate said "definitely". Excellent features and function
This is a large washer that works well. There are plenty of options to tailor the wash cycle to specific needs, including a pre-wash, spin only and extra rinse functions. The washer is quiet and cleans efficiently. Even the quick wash is effective. This was a good solid purchase.

Doesn't have water visible at all during wash
I used to just drop loads in and let washer do its thing. Until recently I went to look at it mid wash. I know it's supposed to save water, but the clothes are just rolling in there damp and not in any pool of water. Some clothes are visibly not clean after wash. There's no way to adjust water level without breaking warranty.
