i bought this refrigerator 2 yrs ago had at least 6 visits to get it to provide ice and to cool This week all my meat defrosted. i had extended warranty thank God. Assurant made me whole and gave me the full amount of the cost i am now able to but another refrigerator. it’s good that it has been discontinued

I have to give a shout out to the Lowes off Madison and Countyline in Indiana!! They were SUPER HELPFUL!!! We learned a lot and got a Fantastic new Appliance. First off we have never had this kind of refrigerator before. This is a VERY large appliance. We had to have the doors removed to get it in a the 36" front door. The delivery was very helpful. The best among the competition

We replaced our 6 year old Samsung which looked almost identical to this LG. Looks is where the similarities stopped. At the time, we didn't get an extended warranty on the Samsun and seemingly one day after the factory warranty expired, things started to go wrong. CL E Error after 2 years!!

I bought this refrigerator to replace a Whirlpool. Was skeptically in purchasing an LG refrigerator over more traditional appliance brands like Whirlpool, GE, Frigidaire, etc. which I never had issues with. We have had it for about two months now, even so, still learning about features. Tired of ice makers breaking

I bought this refrigerator March of 2023. I loved it up until this past month (July 2024) as the ice maker quit. I’m happy that I bought the extended warranty as LG is replacing the ice maker but come on. A little over a year & the ice maker is DOA? Problems - GET THE EXTENDED WARRANTY

We bought this fridge in April 2022. Within the first year we had to have the upper ice maker worked on. At 2 years in the freezer started having days where it would get up to 10 or 15 degrees. The service people have looked at it several times. Right now neither ice maker works and the freezer is between 15 and 20 degrees at all times. The service tech turned in the warranty claim this week so hopefully we will be able to get a new fridge.
