The refrigerator worked great for almost a year and slowly got louder. We purchased the three year extended warranty. About a year and a half in and the freezer fan broke. My wife spent hours trying to get the warranty to cover a repair. When we finally got the Lowes warranty insurer to set up an appointment, they can elled shortly before. LG French Door Refrigerator

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This refrigerator is just the right size for my husband and I. It is very easy to clean and the drawer inside is perfect to store cheese and other items. It is great that it has the freezer below the refrigerator as it is so much nicer than a side by side. And the ice maker is perfect size and we never run out of ice.. It has little noise - maybe only when the ice maker works. We are very happy with this purchase.

cramped for cubic feet size

I bought this a few weeks ago. It works. freezer is all plastic and we will see how long it holds up for a busy family of 4. shelves are adjustable, crisper drawer and deli drawer are all plastic. There is no butter compartment. Doors do not have self-closing so you have to make sure you close it. I do like the alarm after 30 seconds the door is open it goes off. so you know if someone didn't closed door good enough. arrangement of the shelves and door compartments are for small things, not...

I like it and the delivery men were friendly. But they didn’t stabilize the fridge so everytime I open the drawer it moves

Do not buy this product unless you like hunting for everything by having to move/remove items. And you don't mind the drawers and shelves breaking after a few months. The Lowes extended warranty requires you to buy parts from them, a terrible time-consuming process and more expensive than anywhere else, and you only get a gift card that you HAVE to spend at Lowes. I give Lowes a "0" rating and would do the same for the refrigerator.

Would consider alternate refrigerators!

I purchased this on 6/12 and not even one week later the water dispenser has stopped working. It took three calls to LG to get a service appointment, despite being told I had one the first time I called. A technician came, wasn’t able to fix it, and said he needed a part. This part was said to take three days and now is taking ten days to come in. I don’t believe a water mechanism should stop working after 6 days of having it installed. I’d purchase something different.

Awesome good looking mid level size icebox!

Cooling defaults seem to be spot on. The capacity of this refrigerator is a good size for my wife and I. The ice maker make plenty of ice and the freezer is a good size for our purposes. This refrigerator runs very quiet except when the ice maker cycles, but it is no louder than expected. The inside is designed pretty well too, but it would be nice to be able to get more of the taller things in the doors like gallon milk or other tall things by adjusting the holders. Lives Beyond Expectations

I got this fridge after having a traditional freezer on top fridge. Although it measures the same on the outside, this one has more space on the inside. The freezer is huge; I was able to give my chest freezer to a person that needed it as I no longer had need for it. There is a “soda drawer” in this fridge as well. However, my family does not drink soda so we use this drawer for leftovers (placed in those glass storage containers from Anchor Hocking with the colorful lids). It works perfectly!...

This is our 1st fridge with the freezer on the bottom. I really like the double doors as you have plenty of space for storage especially for holiday cooking. With the ice maker at the bottom there's no wasted space inside the refrigerator section. This is a smaller refrigerator compared to others but it was the size we had to get to fit in our kitchen. The only con I have is you are limited on arranging the shelves. This means a standard size gallon of milk will only fit in the doors and not on ...

Great Layout, Reliable Brand

We needed a 30" width fridge and really like the layout of this one with the bottom freezer drawer and french drawers. So far we're really happy with it. Our previous fridge (different brand) had required multiple repairs over the 10 years we had it so I really researched the brands and LG seems reliable and has a 10yr parts warranty. Hopefully we have this one for a long time!
