LG French Door External Dispenser & Gas Range Stainless Steel

One of the worst refrigerators in the last 30+ yea

The product has several faults: 1. The pressure of the water is too high at the water dispenser 2. The freezer doors start closing on their own, even when the door is fully opened 3. The right door of the refrigerator doesn't close when normal force is applied to close it, instead it remains open.

Very disappointed

We have been committed LG appliance family, but we have been very disappointed with the Dishwashers. We have purchased 2 LG dishwashers in less then 10 years, both being replaced because of the same issue. We have replaced the second one which was only 2 years old with another brand.

Qaulity of work

Ice machine doesn't work. Tried getting it fixed through warranty but not happy with efficiency and quality of repair work. Still does not work.

Overall, a Really Ni Fridge but Extremely Annoying

Poor quality and design

Very disappointed with the quality of this refrigerator. We’ve owned this refrigerator for about 2.5 years. After a year, the light on the water dispenser went out. Frustrating, but not a big deal. Then about 6 months later, we opened the right side door, and all of a sudden something flew out at us. It was part of a plastic hinge, used on the bottom of the door. Horrible bottom rack configuration

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The bottom racks are not arranged in a particularly useful manner. I appreciate the way the two in the back fold down, but there's a giant dead space in the very center of the bottom rack, which makes it next to impossible to fully load. Some things I like, some I don't

I suppose that goes for any new appliance, but after a month of using it, I know which things I would have changed. First, we like the external water dispenser. As long as you fill your glass without any ice in it, the water doesn't splash everywhere. Glasses full of ice are a no-no, as are coffee mugs or large juice glasses. The light is a nice feature. Not horrible but not what I was hoping for.

This review is for a French-door unit with a single drawer for the freezer.
