LG Compact Smart Stackable Graphite Steel Washer & Dryer Set

Mostly good, one design flaw…

We’ve had this washer for four years. We’ve replaced the hose from the detergent tray to the drum twice, because the drum rubs the hose and eventually it wears a hole and causes a leak. LG put a foam pad on the drum to prevent this, but it doesn’t really fix the problem.

Not good

Dries poorly compared to gas dryers even when new and operating with all filters clean, water tank empty, and "Energy Saver" off. Its companion washer performs poorly compared even to a base model LG washer that is 10 years older, failing to get clothing as clean and free of odor as one would want. The fundamental design of these units is simply bad. They are ineffective and waste time and energy.

We moved into a condo with this dryer pre installed because its ventless. It was pretty much new. It worked fine at first but then like others have complained, it got worse and worse at drying over time and needed multiple cycles for many hours to dry one load of wash. Very dry clothes

Really love this dryer. I needed a ventless dryer that would fit under the counter, and there aren't very many options. LG's good reputation with laundry appliances is ultimately what influenced my decision to go with this unit and the matching washer. An AWESOME Washer/Dryer Combo If "Short" on Space

I've been extremely happy with the dryer. Cleaning the lint is easy. It works fast - everything dried well under 2 hours. Power consumption seems very reasonable. I've had zero issues with the product so far. Hope it stays that way.
