Don't waste your money

I bought this washer thinking I would like it, and boy, was I wrong. First, it doesn't fill the drum with enough water, and your clothes don't get cleaned well. After one year, I noticed brown flakes getting into my clothes. I've done tub cleans and had someone come clean it for me —$275—still brown flakes. LG Coldwater wash large capacity impeller

I really like this washing machine I can do all my bedding comforters, and even down comforters. Most of the time everything comes out great but this is my only gripe … every once in a while there is a little bit of white line areas. I’m not sure if it’s the soap that’s not getting clean through all the way so I always do a second rinse.

Headache inducing high frequency product

The high-pitch electrical noise is unbearable to me - causes me headaches. I am looking to get rid of this product. I hope that this type of high frequency inverter noise or whatever it is exactly gets outlawed by the US gov. I am submitting to United States Consumer Product Safety Commission - SaferProducts.gov. I am worried about the health of my small child and others.

This machine is an expensive piece of junk and Lowes will not take it back after 48 hours. IT IS THEIR POLICY, they will say it over and over. Forget about customer satisfaction. This does not exist when it comes to large appliances. We expected them to stand by their product and they told us to contact LG support, which we did for and hour and forty-five minutes. I'll agree with all the suggested review topics. It's efficient no vibration I can hear upstairs or noise. I love the deep water selection. Most newer washers put barely any water into the drum so you think the laundry wasn't cleaned good enough. It has a larger capacity than my last washer which is definitely plus. Great longevity but.

This is the second LG washing machine with a direct drive. My first LG machine lasted 12 years before giving up the ghost. Because of its longevity and efficient washing capacity, we purchased another. It has been a year since our purchase and we are still satisfied with its efficiency.
