I absolutely love my LG 21-in-1 combo washer/dryer. It performs beautifully - it washes and dries clothes efficiently, runs quietly, and has a sleek design. Everything about it works great and I've been very happy with its performance overall. However, I did encounter one frustrating design flaw. Do not buy

Do not buy this washer. Especially from Lowe’s. Their return policy of 48 hours should be illegal. It’s SO loud. I can hear this machine all the way from outside and it doesn’t wash well. I tried to return it but we were 12 hours out of their policy. I will never be buying from Lowe’s again. Don’t ever buy from Lowe’s.

Nice clean look

Nice clean look. The ez Dispensers are great. It takes the guess work of pouring detergents and softeners. The new AI wash is great. I noticed it takes less time to for my old dryer to dry the same amounts of clothing I used each week. So far so good.

Excellent Washer/Dryer with Great Features

We purchased the LG washer and dryer set together and they are both amazing. Laundry is a breeze and takes us little time. Smart app lets us know when laundry is finished and we also get a reminder on our LG TV. Adding detergent and softener in the dispenser is really nice too because it dispenses the correct amount of detergent and softener for each load. Great new machine

Bought this set to replace a 14 year old LG set that still worked, but was ready for something new. This set is beautiful and clean looking. No chrome, thankfully. It’s quieter than my older LG, less vibration during the spin cycle. The auto detergent dispense works well. This a great machine, as is the much improved matching dryer. I highly recommend them. ezDispense rocks!

Absolutely love this washer. WM5700 is basically just WM5500 with ezDispense -- and it's absolutely worth getting that feature. Coming from a top-loader washer, I found the process of getting detergent into the front-loader tray for every load to be tedious and messy. With ezDispense you just load a whole bottle of detergent in and the machine handles the dosing automatically. It sounds small but it's a HUGE quality-of-life improvement. Disappointed

The machine was just delivered and installed on Monday.. After washing the first load I noticed an awful smell coming from the washer. I always leave the washer door open. You can smell the machine from the hallway. My main . complaint is the pulsing vibration that sounds like my air conditioner when it is straining to work. You can hear it throughout the house. Flooded laundry room and pantry on very first load

We started our first load, a large one, just to rinse out anything left in the washer from the manufacturer/handlers. Great features

We purchased this two weeks ago. I was hesitant to purchase a front loading washer but so far, so good. It washes well, is very efficient, and has many bells and whistles. I like that so many of the features can be customized, from the front screen, selecting presets and the order they appear, customizable chimes, etc.
