A good change from previous washer
I've washed 12-15 loads in this machine (including several large comforters), so I'm still getting to know it, but so far I'm happy with the choice. Previous machine was a noisy water-saving top-loader, which I constantly had to tend to make sure everything was submerged (and add water with a bucket most of the time) - that issue is gone with this front-loader, as is the noise issue (this is a very quiet machine). New Washer that Stains Clothing
Soon after buying this washer I was noticing an orange-brown stain on some of my white items. It looked like dried blood but did not recall the stains before putting the items in the wash. I frinally noticed a rust spot on the washing machine dryer and concluded that my realatively "new" washer has some internal part that was rusting and staining my clothing. Gettting it fixed has been another nightmare.

I’ve owned this new washer for 1 month. It was sealed in its original box and didn’t include instructions for this model. It came with a generic manual for 10 models. I have waited all day for the delivery of a new washer and dryer only to find out that all the parts were not send with the truck. I had to take off work and was assured it would all happen today.
