This product works fine but if you are cutting a lot of pipes its too hard to use after a while. I am putting in a large watering system and it was just too hard to use after a while. I returned it for one that ratchets. I would recommend it only for small jobs.

Multiple uses
Not only does it cut hoses evenly and with ease it cuts other stuff too. I used it to mostly to help install new hose on a new dishwasher but also was able to use it for cutting rope

Great cutter!
It will cut any hose and even PVC, CPVC, & electrical non-metallic pipes up to 3/4” thickness (schedule 40- with a little pressure). Very useful tool to keep in your toolbox!

Lenox Poly tube cutter
Works well on thin wall pvc and drip tube. It took all the grip to cut thru 1/2 inch pvc. I don’t know if pvc is considered poly tubing. If it is don’t buy this item.

Have a pair of the Linux poly tube cutters. when I saw a friend using a razor blade to cut someone tubing I decided to buy a pair for him, great tool great gift.

Works good at an excellent price point.
Worked great to repair sprinkler piping. Blade is extremely sharp and cut well. I have a different style with a ratchet that is easier to work with provided you have the space.

Tube cutter for giant!
Designed without ratchet leaves you trying to cut a 3/4 inch pipe with grips spread so far apart you con squeeze them! Took them back and bought Kobalt with a ratchet design!
