Not too much to say about this. It is useful. Holds stuff. Has magnets (I love a good magnet moment!). I don't actually use it for sockets like it was intended, I mostly use it to hold small stuff out of the way or for screws/nails when I'm working on a project. This magnetic socket holder would work well in a drawer, but I was looking at as something for transporting sockets from my tool cabinet to the job. I am guilty of not having the most organized workshop ever and this will definitely help. This product does exactly what it says - provides sturdy magnetic storage for large sockets. Useless Magnet

I ordered the 18" version of this for a set of deep impact sockets I have. They fit in the socket organizer okay, but the magnet is just too weak to retain them in all but a perfectly upright position. Turning them on the side (as shown in the photos) will cause all the sockets to fall out. The only thing this is good for is holding them on top of a metal surface and not having them slip off. Do not buy.

Surprisingly strong magnet holds tools well

The Kobalt Large Socket Organizer is lighter weight than I expected it to be. Once I opened the package, I place the socket organizer on my refrigerator door. The magnet held tightly. Compact, tough does the job

I was in need of small ratchet bit holder for some odd, loose bits that I still used but weren’t part of a set. I didn’t want a case or pouch because I didn’t want it to take up too much space in my tool cabinet. This was perfect. Perfect holder

I got this to replace an older friction socket holder. The old one worked well except sometimes it was hard to get the smaller sockets to release. This Kobalt magnetic holder is far superior. It holds the sockets well and releases easily when needed. The only problem is when you use deep sockets and place the holder 90 degrees they have a tendency to fall out being top heavy. Really Strong!

This magnetic 1/2 inch drive socket holder is a lot bigger than I expected it to be and also a lot stronger than I expected. It made me realize that I have either lost a bunch of bigger sockets over the years or loaned them out and not got them back. No fumbling

Thought the magnetic socket organizer would never come, but then my neighbor brought it over. I have a plethora of unattached sockets and several of the old style clip type organizers that I hate.
