Like other reviews I can say that the tools can fall out. However, opening on a flat surface generally solves that problem. We have found it frustrating to have to unroll the majority of the kit to get to the tape measure (which is used more often in the home than some of the other tools in the front) so a better organization would have been nice. This is a good starter tool set for someone just starting to build their tool collection. I also think it would be great for those who want to keep a smaller set of tools in the house, car or RV. For the price this is a very nice set. I have a lot of tools, but they live in the shed. I like having a small set in the house that I can grab for simple jobs. Excellent Beginner Tool Kit

Let me be the first to say that the form factor of this 'tool box' is very forward thinking. The ability to replace an entire piece of equipment (the tool box itself in this case) shouldn't be overlooked as it will save you $10. Tools are decent, case is lacking

The roll out case is horrible made. While the material is thick and seemingly nice, the case does not function well. In my case, and I bought two of these: The slots are either too large or too small. I can't get the hammer back in at all, the slot is too small. For other tools they fall out of their slot every single time I roll it up. Other tools are so hard to get in and out its a total pain. Obtained this tool set hoping it would work for a handy car / emergency repair kit. Bottom line is that it will do the job, but not as robustly as hoped. The tools contained in this kit will help with most problems, but not nearly all.
