I really enjoy having tool organization to keep all my things nice and neat. It's the worst when I'm at a job and can't find what I need because it's lost somewhere someplace in some tool bag, so being able to pinpoint it rapidly is extremely helpful. Decent quality pro sumer box

Terrible Customer Service

I drove an hour and a half for confirmed pick up order at peach Orchard Lowes. Only one of the 3 pieces were there. Pick up staff did not seem to care that my order wasn't correct and kept passing it off to others. Supposedly they were "looking" for the missing pieces but would never return to pick up. Kept having to ask them to find out where they were. After an hour of waiting, I simply can yelled the order. I won't use pick up again and definitely not that store.

No accessories as advertised

Flyer that came in box showed 5 different accessories. Did not see on shelves, figured I could order from Lowes. All 5 are shown as out of stock, not available in store or order online. Sounds like they never will be in stock. Sturdy box, NOT waterproof.

Solid case on wheels

Arrived a day early. Has room for several tools. Easily fit my circular saw, belt sander, reciprocating saw, and jig saw with room for more. I have 4 other smaller cases that came with the battery kits and they lock to this very well. Very solid and easy to wheel around. The rubber seal is an added bonus so I don't have to worry about moisture. As with other reviews I've read. It doesn't look like the accessories are available. Great tool box

Great tool box I was carrying my drill cases separately but now it’s in the rolling box makes it easier to get to projects/jobs. One convenient thing is the handle is removable I take it off and the bottom fits under my truck bed cover so I’m able to lock the gate and no one knows that it’s there a big plus cause that’s what I was looking for. The boxes are heavy and strong and seems well built. I would recommend it

Good tool storage.

Needed to house all my tools and condense my stuff from multiple bags into something that could stack and stay together. This is a great option so far with plenty of room to spare. I ordered the drawer unit to have additional space as well. So far this feels durable and not hollow and cheap. Latches are good quality and don't seem like they will fall apart sooner than later. No Accessories Available

[Employee of lowes] I loved these toolboxes. I was pleased with them when they arrived. They seemed very well built. So I went to get the accessories for them. And NOTHING. They are already discontinued. You can't get them anywhere. And it appears that They have moved on to a new similar type of toolbox. Not great for something I just got. I want to know my tool purchases will not be discontinued with no availability for accessories almost immediately after receiving them.

Accessories Unavailable

I bought this with the intention of adding the accessories for an all-in-one package. It appears that the accessories and perhaps maybe even the entire line may be getting discontinued, although there is no indication of this anywhere on Lowes website or mobile app. This is a huge disappointment, as if I had known, I probably would've purchased either Craftsman or Flex, whichever Lowes is planning on maintaining as their product line. Not happy.

The handle sold me.

Being able to remove the handle so it will fit in the bed of my truck with a cover on it sold me on this box. It is solid but needs stackable compartments to put tools in so everything does not end up in a pile in the box
