What I love most about the Heavy Duty Steel Rack Beams is that they're sold in sets (2 beams in a set) = 1 shelf rack. This allows me to build my rack as my budget allows. And, I can add shelves as needed in case I need to add more storage room for my work area. The shelves slide down into the eyelet grooves on the Kobalt uprights (sold in Lowe's stores). Missing part, $79 delivery charge, told to return!

I do NOT recommend purchasing this item from Lowes. This item couldn't be purchased in store. The delivery charge was $79. I couldn't order more than one at a time, additional delivery charge would be added with each purchase. There was a missing part. There was no help when I called their corporate store for help. Easy assembly and Sturdy

Easy to assemble and sturdy. I was able to add the shelf cross beams very easily. Two allen keys are included to tighten 3 screws. You will only need 1 leg kit if adding onto an existing shelf rack as the legs support beams on both sides.

Super sturdy wire shelving!

I like how thick this wire is! I wish that the spacing were tighter/closer for the project I’m working on.

They look to be designed and built well.

I can only address it based upon what I see and handle. Have not installed it yet. But I bought it to cut to size for shelfs on adjustable tracks. They look to be built well and solid.

Be weary if adding to pre-existing shelving.

Requires modification to fit onto the ($225) kobalt complete 4 tier shelving, they're the wrong color AND the cross beams are cheaply stamped, NOT boxed, NOT bolted to the main beam. They're easily bumped out of place. I don't have ANY confidence they'll hold the advertised weight.
