Not a very good compressor.

This compressor threw a rod on the right cylinder about 8 months after we bought it. Thinking it was just a freak occurrence, I got it warranted and Lowe’s was good enough the replace it free with another new one. Guess what, the second one just started smoking from the compressor assembly so we immediately unplugged it so it didn’t catch fire and now we are faced with returning it as well. Junk!!!!

I have had this compressor 2 years now it’s got to where tank had to be empty for it to start again but wait there’s more to start it you have to turn the switch on and spin the motor fins lol then it goes to 80 psi no more!!!! For what I paid for it was a rip off and I will post videos of what I have to do for this to work on Lowe’s website!!!! Stay away from this one guys!!!! Excellent Choice

I read some negative reviews about this and was nervous, but I needed something quick and big for my little barn shop. I bought this and I am delighted. This is pretty quiet for a air compressor and it not as of irritating of a noise as other ones. All my existing fittings fit on this one, and its heavy enough to not fall over but light enough I can easily move it around if I need to.

Twins!!

I already owned the identical one for 5 years. The Manifold Regulator failed, I ordered a new one from Lowes, the repair/replacement only took a few hours, now I have two working compressors. These compressors are a great to have on my place. I have one for the shop and another for the barn, now. If one goes down I have a fall back on hand. The new one was less expensive than the unit I got 5 years ago, very handy to have two. :)

Damaged and missing a piece

Box was absolutely destroyed on delivered, the air filters were both bent, and one wheel is missing the cap so it falls off if you try and wheel it around. Customer service required me to pack it back up and bring it to an ups store or Lowe’s to return it for a new one. Absolutely awful customer service.

Some things you should know.

It's more quiet than other compressors I've used. It comes with automotive air chucks that are held in with red thread-lock, so you won't be able to change them. I've had to exchange it once due to a faulty pressure switch, which is also held on with red thread-lock. They aren't made to repair & you can't obtain parts for them. It will void your warranty if you try. Lowe's won't repair it for you either. If you need warranty coverage, you will need to call the national number to get authorizatio...

Anoitstanding upgrade of an air compressor

I needed a new air compressor after 22 years. This was the upgrade I needed. It is quieter and uses my grinder, air hammer, sander with ease and doesent cut out when needing to get my job done.

Super Quiet

I purchased this a few weeks ago to put in my new garage. It's the quietest air compressor I've ever owned or used. The price was unbeatable. Guess time will tell on it's durability. Overall I am extremely satisfied and would definitely recommend.
