Great to throw into toolbox for some music

It doesn't take up much space, so I can just throw it into my toolbox. I have exclusively used my 2ah batteries with it and it will last for multiple 4-ish hour work sessions. The speaker sounds great for being so small. I also want to note that it's pretty durable. Mine has certainly taken a beating - fallen off a deck, had stuff sat on top of it, bounced around with my other tools. Still works well.

I literally take this thing everywhere I go. I use it at work, I use it in the garage, I use it out on landscaping jobs, & I use it while out camping. I use this thing just about anywhere and everywhere for anything where music can make a situation or task more enjoyable. It's plenty loud, it can charge your phone, and mine has been through a lot. I do have some cons and feedback for kobalt to maybe look at doing a 2.0 version of this speaker. First con is that the unit is not waterproof at al...

Love this "tool"

Very pleased with this so far. I was using a 2ah battery that wasn't fully charged and after 10 hours of use I lost 2 bars on the battery indicator. 1 bar after approx 1 hour and the other bar after approx 9 hours The best thing I didn't know this had was that it could be plugged into the wall. I had delayed this purchase cause I thought you could only use a battery. Sound is pretty good I have no complaints about it.

Disappointed with Kobalt quality on this one!

I would have loved this product, but it missed the mark on a few key features, namely the Aux cord function. I planned to use this with the aux cable on an ipod which doesn't have Bluetooth. I am on my second Kobalt 24V Speaker and both speakers were bad out of the box. The second one, I tested immediately and found the same issue within the first 2 minutes of ownership. I have 7 other power tools in the Kobalt line and I wouldn't consider using the words "poor quality" on any of them. Attemptin...
