They work pretty good. I bought them to get the free bonus tool. Needed to cut up an old front deck on my house that was needing to be torn down and removed. Whoever designed the packaging for the batteries and charger should have tried opening the plastic case before releasing it. I cut my hand trying to pull the pieces apart and broke a brand new set of heavy scissors trying to cut the plastic. It had to come apart in small pieces and it was very time consuming. Great product; it's Lowes that's the problem
Batteries were supposed to be on sale till July 15th for $99. Currently it's June 20th and the price is now $149. I've contacted Lowes and they tell me that's the price now; take it or leave it. Well I left the 2nd set I was going to purchase. So Lowes gets 2 thumbs down and 0 stars for not keeping their word

They last a while
Really good batteries. They hold their charges. I have waited to write the review until I had these for a while. I wanted to get a fan and they needed these batteries. I bought the batteries and got the fan for free. The larger one lasts around 48 hours in the fan on lower speed.

Can't use this kit immediately - new batteries out of the package need to be charged! The supplied Kobalt 45 watt charger KRC 2445-03 charged a brand new Kobalt 24V KB 424-03 4ah battery (date code 1119) in 128 minutes and a brand new Kobalt 24V KB 224-03 2ah battery (date code 1119) in 70 minutes. Dismal customer service. Pitiful
The 4 AMP hr battery failed. So I took back to customer SVC. The "front face" young man just shrugged his shoulders and basically said 'oh well' . Product was a Two pack of kobalt batteries with charger. Product is still in 3 yr warranty period. I really expected better from Lowes. I'll govern my tool purchases accordingly. Pitiful

Don’t buy these batteries. $135 of wasted money
This product is the worst thing out their. The batteries are trash. I don’t think the batteries last 10 min and take an hr to charge. This is the worst purchase I’ve ever made from lowes. I’m very saddened Bc I’ve made a lot of purchases from u guys and had nothing ever bad to say about it. I’ve purchased a corded table saw I love it. I’ve purchased a battery lawn mower I love it. So I would suggest u upgrade these batteries.

Charger breaks. Within 2 months (around 3 uses)
I got the 24V battery and charger 3 months ago as part of a combination with their weed-trimmer and leaf-blower. I used the weed trimmer a few times, and must have recharged about 3 times in total (if not less). Today I tried to recharge the batter again, and the charger just wouldn't work anymore. Big Fan of a Small Unit.
Cool color, but the real treats are the portability of the fan itself and the battery life of each pack individually. Ran the big one ALL DAY AND NIGHT, and the smaller-capacity unit is no slouch, either. Relatively quiet in the high-speed ranges, unnoticeable in the lower...and I wear hearing aids that pick up everything. Inside or outside, these fans (I bought two)...couldn't be happier.
