After buying a house I had to drill some 1/2 inch holes in 2x4s for a renovation. My drill at the time was not capable. After that project I researched tools for almost a year before coming to Kobalt as the best answer. Had the drill die on this one recently so make that #3 of Kobalt tools that failed and lowe's would not accept a return or exchange. Again if you have 1 tool die in this bundle you "HAVE TO RETURN ALL OF THE ITEMS IN THE PACKAGE" Kind of stupid you have to return the whole set which is stupid. Please lowes teach your crew how to handle returns and customers. That is 3 tools in under a year under normal home use which isnt much and why this deal is worse than it seems.

I purchased this kit for my boys to use the same battery platform as my XTR kits (yes plural). I've enjoyed the Kobalt line for many years and have nearly every tool now.
