First, this was bigger than my wife and I were expecting. The packaging on this thing was incredible. They made sure it was protected as good as anything I've seen before. Almost made it frustrating unpacking it. Once we got it out it didn't take long to get it ready to be installed. Its rather heavy so it definitely took two of us to put it up (not a one man show). This Chandelier is not wood at all its actually all metal. This product weighs around 40+ pounds also. If you are a first timer. Please read and follow instructions and ask for help if you need it. I would say it weighs at least 30 lbs so make sure your electrical box is attached to something secure. The light looks amazing with chrome and wooden texture. We picked this chandelier out on the Lowe’s website. We thought we could use it above our dining room table, but it was much larger than the picture showed. I looked at the dimensions and thought it would work, but it is 26” wide and close to 35 pounds. The electrical box would not hold that weight. It was not rated for that weight. Great quality chandelier

This chandelier replaced our entry foyer light in our two story home that was suspended from a 19' ceiling. It looks great and with the long-life 40 watt daylight LED bulbs we used, it puts out plenty of light. Perfect urban/modern/farmhouse fixture!

Box arrived damaged which caused me great concern, but turned out to be a non issue as the fixture was extremely well packed. The online images do not do it justice- it is gorgeous!!
