If you want to hang these with the lights pointed down CAUTION -- TEST THEM BEFORE YOU INSTALL. They come with these metal brackets to screw on to ceramic disks that hold the light bulb. Unfortunately, while we thought it was a bent piece of metal all of the other lights installed just fine but two ceramic disks had fused sections or chipped pieces, PREVENTING it from being screwed on, i.e., MUST uninstall and get a replacement. Then I noticed a few others that had chips, and got those on but...

Be aware that breakage could be a problem.
I like the stylish look of the light a lot. It provides a lot of light in a room with no natural light. I had to give it a 4 because when it arrived one of the bulbs was broken and I had to call for a replacement which is now backordered. A 2 week wait. Disappointing. Hopefully a replacement bulb will eventually arrive.
Perfect ambiance

The Olde Bronze look of this vanity light perfectly complements the faucet in the sink underneath the mirror. Great looking but...
We installed this and it looked fine. I love how much wattage it allows so it's very bright, which is what I need. The plating job is not fantastic but it's not an expensive fixture. A couple of days after installation one of the globes cracked, broke off and fell to the ground. It must have been cracked when they shipped it but we didn't notice it. I was in the shower and if my husband hadn't been home to bring shoes to be it would have been horrible. We requested a replacement globe and have ...

LED bulbs mellowed by amber shades
These turned out beautifully in my bathroom. I purchased two of them for my master bath. I chose to point them downward. I was able to use 40 watt LED bulbs and they brighten the room more than the previous fixture that had 10 clear incandescent lights. They're larger than I expected. The shades are 6" long, so I had to make some adjustments with the mirror. They add some elegance to the bathroom.

Extremely well made fixture

You can tell when you look at it that it is no ordinary fixture, but one of high quality! We are loving this and the color of the glass matches the ceiling fixture in the room.

Bathroom remodel
I was looking for an LED vanity light and this one is awesome. I put "daylight" 60 watt equivalent LED bulbs and my bathroom is so bright! And because they are dimmable bulbs, we installed a dimmer switch which makes this light a night light when dimmed to it's lowest setting.
