Loose mounting
I bought three of these several years ago. One is fine, but the other two cannot be tightened. After being frustrated for years and continually trying to fix them I read that others had similar problems so I called Phister today. They were very helpful and are sending me two new holders. While I think there is a design flaw in the holder, at least Phister stands behind their products and because of that, I will continue to buy their fixtures - just not this holder.

Need larger holder or smaller toilet paper rolls
Have had this holder for 7 years and love it. However, it is not working with mega rolls. I can no longer find leftover double rolls after the toilet paper shortage. Do have a similar holder that accomodates mega rolls or do you know where to get toilet paper that fits?
