Water flow is bisected when flowing out spout.

Love the style and easy cleaning. However, there must have been a large particle from my well and now is causing the water to split when turned on. Any idea how to remove filter at faucet end once the screw is removed?

Low Water Pressure - remove pink restrictor

Like so many others complaining about the water flow, we just dealt with it and thought it was our problem. I called Kohler and followed the aerator clean out/removal. There is no tool, you can pull it out straight with tweezers or needle nose pliers but the plastic fins will break. You will not gain access to the spout but in my case the 2 screens behind the aerator were bent. Removing them didn't help. Five stars only if you remove the flow restrictor

Ok, I love this faucet so much I have them in all my bathrooms. However, you MUST remove the flow restrictor before installation (or after if you're fixing a poorly-fllowing faucet). Don't install it with the restrictor in place, you'll be frustrated at how lousy the flow is. Easily clogged, Kohler support slow

Bought two of these for a bathroom remodel. They install easily and look and feel great. Had nearly no flow out of the cold side on one sink and the hot side on the other. Small - and I do mean small - construction debris (sawdust) had gotten in the lines when these were hooked up. Problem 1: There is no screen anywhere you can clean. I installed three of these faucets recently to match other Kohler bathroom accessories and was immediately disappointed. Certainly these are quite attractive and elegant faucets with seemingly solid spout and handles. I purchased 2 of these for a remodel. I liked the look and trust the Kohler brand. Big disappointment! I wish I had read the reviews before buying. The water flow is poor and the stream is distorted where it comes out of the stream breaker. Luckily I know how to install sinks or I would be very mad. My wife and I were really excited to top our new $900 vanity off with this great looking faucet.
