Tub has a hairline crack on the inside of the tub running vertically. My installer only noticed it while cleaning up after the rough install. He's recommending someone to come repair the brand new tub. Don't make my mistake no matter how much you trust Kohler and your installer. Inspect it yourself.

Upon delivery, two of the stabilizing feet (drain side) were loose in the box. Apparently sawed off from a previous order/return. My plumber wasn’t sure if that was correct or salvageable so contacted Lowe’s, who directed me to manufacturer and they recommended return. Beautiful tub, easy to clean
We installed this during our bathroom remodel last fall and I just love it. It is deeper than our old tub so I can actually soak without my knees sticking out. The finish wipes down so easily and still looks brand new. Our contractor said it was a breeze to install too. Very happy with this purchase.

Poor Quality
Purchased this more expensive tub thinking we were buying a quality product, from a reputable manufacturer. This tub chipped very easily when installed by a professional. Contacted Kohler who said they stand behind their product, but they did not offer any feasible solutions. We are now removing the new tub and are skeptical about replacing it with a Kohler product. If the tub cannot hold up during installation, how long will it last with daily use?

Sturdy, reinforced, beautiful, deep tub
We bought this tub after days of research and we love it. We wondered if the fact that it was acrylic would mean that it gives way under foot or feels plastic and cheap. The whole underside of the tub is reinforced with fiberglass and it has structural elements to give it support on the sub-floor. It is very sturdy and doesn't feel cheap at all! paired with Delta wall kit turned out sharp!. our tub we inherited with this house was squishy, enamel steel that had no mud bed, really spongey and sketchy. this tub is solid, and believe it would have been ok without mudbed but I prefer the firm/strength. acrylic cleans so easy! nice sharp and bright white
