Nice soaker tub
Pros: This tub is nice and deep - taking baths in this thing is a dream, and it's not too difficult to get in and out of for a 5'2" person. Cons: I had a really hard time figuring out what drain to buy and would have appreciated if that came with the tub. Also, the sides of the tub slant down, which on the plus side probably helps to avoid water pooling, but also means that anything you try to set in the corners will slip off, so make sure you have a niche to put your shampoo and whatnot.

I'm so disappointed
we completely gutted most of our new house. and bought this the because of the width and depth. I have been crying since I sat in it and realized how much more narrow the basin is than the walls of the top of the tub. and we can't return it because the contractor already put it in place. the biggest thing I was looking forward to was having a nice comfortable tub for baths and this is not comfortable at all an too narrow for me. also the sides aren't flat. which seems so strange to me. totally...

Cracked on Arrival
Tub arrived cracked and the store can't tell me if they have one in stock or not. I have the item number, model number and name of the tub but they can't tell me if they have one in stock or not. It's frustrating to order an item, go pick it up, haul it home and it be damaged. Exchanging a tub is not an easy task.

Frequent defects and no support
Picked this item out online and had it shipped to a store. We picked it up and took it home, but before it was out of the box we noticed a crack. Back it went to the store, and our renovation was on hold for 10 days before another one arrived. When we got the new one, we checked it thoroughly and it looked ok. We installed it and after it was leveled out and ready to go, we peeled off the plastic wrap around the edges, revealing a 4" long curved blemish on the top. Nothing serious, but cosmetica...

It came well packaged and the associate grout it out to us and loaded it. I am very happy with the quality and can’t wait to use it.

Cannot keep anything on the side of tub falls in
Bought two of these and still waiting to find out from Kohler if they are defective or just made defective. You cannot set anything any size on any of the sides or corners or it will fall in. Please take note on the picture nothing is sitting on the sides

not good with shower doors
This is a very nice tub and is priced well. However, I would suggest only using it with a shower rod/curtain location. Because I did not realize the front edge is not level and also has a raised lip at the very front, I would not have chosen it since I want a shower door.
Solid tub.
This is a great tub good thick walls so there is not any shifting or creaking from cheaper tubs made with thin and weak material. Remember you get what you pay for with tubs it’s that simple.

Total disappointment! Scratches too easily! Water will always stand in the hole for the drain even when you buy their drain! Way overpriced! Only got it cuz wanted quality deep soaker... what a wake up call. Never again will get a tub from kohler..
